Deadstock, despite offering a diverse range of products, faced challenges in converting cart additions into completed purchases. Preliminary data indicated a 70% checkout abandonment rate, surpassing the e-commerce industry average of 60%. User surveys revealed that 48% of users found the checkout process overly complex and lengthy, while 31% had concerns about the security of their personal and payment information. Addressing these issues was crucial to improving user satisfaction and increasing sales.

Reduced the checkout abandonment rate from 70% to 55% by redesigning the checkout process, resulting in a significant improvement in user experience and conversion rates.
